  • Room use is limited to five hours.
  • Bar use is limited to four hours.
  • Groups up to 125 guests may select three entree choices.
  • Groups of 125 to 175 guests please limit entree selection to two entrees.
  • All groups over 175 guests are limited to one entree.
  • Beef Entrees will be cooked medium.
  • Pre-order meal counts are to be made one week in advance.
  • Billing will be on final order.
  • All food and beverage prices are subject to 6% sales tax and 18% gratuity.
  • A non-refundable deposit of $5.00 per person is due at time of booking.
  • All Bradford Room reservations require a minimum deposit of $500 at time of booking with an additional $500 to be paid 60 days prior to reservation date.
  • A cash bar gratuity of $50 is charged on groups of up to 70 guests and $100 on groups with over 100 guests.
  • A tab bar gratuity of $75 is charged on groups of up to 70 guests and $150 on groups with over 70 guests.
  • A private room gratuity of $25 is charged on reservations with less than 25 guests.
