  • All food and beverage prices are subject to 6% sales tax and 18% gratuity.
  • A non-refundable deposit of $5.00 per person is due at time of booking.
  • All Bradford Room reservations require a minimum deposit of $500 at time of booking with an additional $500 to be paid 60 days prior to reservation date.
  • A cash bar gratuity of $50 is charged on groups of up to 70 guests and $100 on groups with over 100 guests.
  • A tab bar gratuity of $75 is charged on groups of up to 70 guests and $150 on groups with over 70 guests.
