BANQUET DINNER PRIX FIXE MENU

This menu has been designed to offer the freedom of entree selection at a pre-set price for you and your guests.Charley recommends this prix-fixe menu for groups up to 25 guests. The entree selections are from our Daily Specials menu and will vary. We cannot predict the exact specials on the date of your affair but we are sure you will enjoy them. This menu is an example of the type you will receive. Charley always includes Prime Rib, Fresh Fish and a Special Chicken selection. This is a sample menu, our specials change daily to insure fresh food!!

smoked and topped with a raspberry sauce

Dinner will be served with Soup of the Day, our Special Salad, assorted fresh baked rolls, a baked potato and vegetable of the day. Dessert will be served with coffee, decaf, or hot tea.
